Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 90 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
  • We accept returns for new and slightly used items

How to Request a Return

If your item is damaged or defective, please include clear photos and a short description.

2. Wait for Instructions

We will review your request and provide return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without approval.

3. Return the Item

Once approved, ship the item using a trackable and insured method.
A valid tracking number is required.

You can return your item:

  • At a drop-off location
  • By mail

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected (within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • You will receive a full refund, including original shipping and handling fees
  • No restocking fees are ever charged

Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Email us at contact@litlawn.com with photos
  • No need to return the item
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
